This is a very compact ALL-IN-ONE Inverter Plasma Cutter / Tig Welder / Arc Welder capable of outperforming all competition...ie:  HTP, Miller, Hobart, Thermal Dynamics, Blue Point, Lincoln & Hypertherm. 

You would have to purchase 3 separate machines to do what this ONE machine can do!  A 160Amp Tig Welder would cost you over $1000, a 40Amp Plasma Cutter would cost you at least $900 and a 150Amp Arc Welder would cost you at least $300.

When I tried the Riland Brand I was blown away by the Performance and Power.  It sliced through thick steel like butter, it was also easier to use and felt safer.  Plus the electrodes are reversible!  I have never seen that before.  Sure saves a lot of money in the long run.  Using this light weight plasma cutter is cheaper than Oxyacetytlene after just a few cuts.  Less cleaning, less maintenance, less noxious gases, less fire hazard, simply less overall work and a better, cleaner cut.

The torch trigger can be moved for a custom fit.  Can be used in finger or thumb positions.  Torch head is low profile for tight spaces.  16 foot long torch cord is protected by a heat resistant sleeve.

High Frequency DC Plasma cuts thicker materials than standard DC plasma cutters.  This 40amp Inverter Plasma cutter cuts like a 60amp standard DC plasma cutter!!!  High Frequency Plasma cuts faster with less distortion in the work piece.

Don't be fooled by the fact that this is a multipurpose machine.  It's packed with full features like the separate machines.  The Tig welds from this RilCT416 are clean and strong.  This Tig welder is easier to use than any other Tig welder on the planet!  Just flip a switch, set your amperage and weld...It's that simple.  Can't afford an expensive AC/DC Tig welder to weld steel and aluminum?  You don't need it.  This machine will weld Steel, Stainless Steel, Moly, Ferrous and best of all it will spot weld Aluminum.  The High Frequency feature allows you to spot weld Aluminum and various alloys with ease.

An ARC welder is a necessity in any industrial shop or home workshop.  There are welding jobs that simply require ARC or SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding).  Stick welding is cheap and effective.  Fill large gaps, holes, weld cast iron and weld extra thick steel with stick.  With Arc welding, no shielding gas is required.  In many ways stick arc welding is like MIG except there is no wire feed, you have to do that manually. 

A spool gun can be connected to the ARC welding output of this machine to use it for MIG welding.  Simply connect the input to the MIG Spool gun to the ARC output of the RilCT416, connect the trigger wires to the trigger input of the RilCT416 and you have a 15-150amp Mig Welding Torch.

Consumables:

Extra consumables are available from us or from several locations including most welding supply stores.  Most consumable parts on this unit are OEM and easy to match with other brands.  The Tig parts are found in any welding supply store.  The Plasma cutter consumables are interchangeable with the Cut-40 Riland brand and can be purchased from any Riland Dealer or from us.

Two types of power cord plugs are common.  (United Kingdom 220v or United States 220v 50Amp Style)  You will need to determine which style you require based upon your outlet.  Any hardware store should carry the plug you need for just a few dollars.
